Office Consultation
As a new patient, you'll receive a 45-60 minute assessment to review in detail your medical history, conduct a focused physical exam, and review your medications. Additionally, we will schedule any needed testing during this time, including blood work, renal function, and urine testing. Most testing is performed on site. A plan of care will be decided upon jointly when all the relevant data is assembled.
